I agree with you, I'm not sure why but I think that japanese vocalist are better on average than american vocalists. So I prefer them over american guys anyday. Even though they are really bishonen, I still love them. I'm not gay, but they are great musicians.

some american singers especially rock bands screams and i don't like that...
its quite annoying actually...

Speaking of a J-rock bands and their vocalists that bring energy in their songs...

Listen to Plastic Tree's Nukegara. xD It's one of the many examples of this. It starts with acoustic guitar with Ryutaro's mellow, angelic voice. Then soft electric guitars come out and then...well..it's a surprise. =3 But the sudden energy mid-way in the song just blew me away when I first heard it. I also reccomend one of my favorite MUCC songs, which you can listen/watch here. Tatsurou has one hell of a voice. <3 And he looks cute in glasses, really. xD

And many vocalists in American band just...scream. I can tolerate screaming to a certain extent. As long it's not repetitive. xD When Reita from the GazettE is screaming, 'Whut?! Whut?! Whut?!' while Kai is pounding on the drums during the Ride with the Rockers performances...I can't help but just...errr...head bang. xD But it's more like shouting than screaming. =3 Though too much head banging gives headaches. x-x Too bad Dir en Grey's songs had gone all death metal. xD Come on Kyo...sing like an angel with your morbid lyrics! God, i'm going off topic now.

Speaking of American vocalists...again. xD My brother enjoys listening to Hawthorne Heights. I think they are alright, but man...the singer sounds bland at live performances. And nearly every Hawthorne Heights song I listened to, someone is screaming like an maniac. o_O Come on, even their nice-sounding songs suddenly get killed by someone screaming 'I'LL NEVER LET YOU GOOOO!' every damn minute.

wow lougee really got a good voice, how'd you know about mojofly?

pretty girl also. i mostly like her Filipino songs

oh well where different in that, i like Kitchie better. Kitchie's compositions are alot better for me. Fire is my favorite, she released an EP i think entitled drama queen, not sure, i only got kitchie's first album.

btw, mojofly's tumatakbo is really awesome. love the mtv too.

i got lss on kitchie's wag na wag mong sasabihin for i think a week, hehehe can't sleep with that song in my head.
