today was just bad.

i had to run 2 kilometers, plus 125 abdominal crunchys (actually they are "crunches") and 125 push ups etcetc

sounds like boot camp? a typical choir practice for me.

enduring a bad headache, criticism from my seniors, muscle aches everywhere in addition to having music drlled forcefully into my head (that really hurts bad, cause i couldn't think properly today not to speak to remember music notes and all that)

it's all in a day's work for me.

now resting (or trying to rest) in my bed. i just took aspirin for my headache and feeling a little high (unfortunately for me painkillers make me high)
