well mainly because its not guaranteed to sell as much copies as it would in japan...and another thing...how many copies exactly would you need when its released in every country...make too less copies then you may have some unhappy people...make too much...then well...

well you can...its just importing it takes time...mines about 10 days and no shipping fee...so thats good at least...makes the wait a little better
