Oricon, Japan?s top music charts, rated Kingdom Hearts? theme song HIKARI as second overall for all video game themes. They are judged on how the theme relates to the theme and style of the game. 1. real Emotion - Koda Kumi (Final Fantasy X-2) 2. HIKARI - Utada Hikaru (Kingdom Hearts) 3. Eyes On Me - Faye Wong (Final Fantasy VIII) 4. KARMA - Bump of Chicken (Tales of the Abyss) 5. Kiss Me Good-Bye - Angela Aki (Final Fantasy XII) but in my opinion it should be 1st! and by the i am still a live u guys! Thx erith 4 the tranlation! Women: 1. im not surprised hikari is 2nd. the final fantasy series has more fans esp. X and X-2.
but eyes on me is third! my fav song of my fav game by another artiste is 3rd chorus: *alleluia* |

Hikari should of been #1. I don't think Real Emotion was anywhere as good as Hikari.

 well, anyway, good to know that it reached number2 though.but i still prefer hikari to be the 1st. |

hmmmm...apparently many people disagree with my views. i didn't say that real emotion was a good song. i just said that it was more popular because it was from a more popular franchise than KH. such is the power of final fantasy.
anyway. i'll try to make sense of the more detailed lists like now. ( i thought it the kanji meant, video game theme song that you have the deepest impression of according to oricon polls, but hell) Women: 1. Hikari 2.real Emotion 3.Kiss me Goodbye 4. Eyes on Me 5. sorry i gotta go with koda kumi's song...i fell in love with that song when i saw the commercial for ffX-2...that song is just simply amazing...yes hikari is good but i dont think it can beat real emotion
