The composition for her songs on the Exodus album are kinda on the thin side. I liked it, but it wasn't great. There are a few songs I dislike. The lyrics are pretty explicit. o_o; I think she was trying too hard to be sexy...
"You're easy breezy and i'm japaneesy" is the best line of 'Easy Breezy'. xD But they're good songs on that album like Kremlin Dusk and About Me. But she has more potential than the effort she put on that album. And say no to Timbaland. >_> I don't think I have a least favorite Hikki song when it comes to her Japanese releases. Sure, there are some forgettable songs but I don't really have a least favorite. ^-^ |

you know I hated "shiawase ni narou" for the longest time because I used to listen to it a lot when I was sick. Then whenever I would hear it, it reminded me of when I was sick so I didn't like it X_X. But now I do like it XD especially when you hear it backwards <3333 omg I love it...
But my least favorite song by hikki would have to be... Sakura Drops or first love... I don't like those very much X_X' |

The guy is good at composition but his popularity kinda irritates me. But honestly, artists should still stick to their roots. Exodus lacked in promotion, but it did decent on the Billboard Dance Charts. My brother only caught a glimpse of her Easy Breezy video on MTV very late at night. o_O I have mix feelings about the whole Exodus thing, the situation and the album itself. Anyways, Dareka no Negai ga Kanau Koro is a very sad song. Truly, if you look at the lyrics. And after I watched Casshern, it was more depressing. I cried when I first heard it. xD Such a gorgeous, piano-driven ballad. A.S.A.P and Play Ball is kinda forgettable, but I occasionally listen to it. ^^ |
