My heart is racing and my stomach feels really funny.
I threw up four times last night.. I think because of the smoothie I had. >__< Anything I can do to get my heart rate down? Maybe I shouldn't have had that apple earlier on, either.  Why do people have to get sick? It makes me so frustrated, I want to cry. People go through agony for no reason. And now I can't go out tonight to see a comedian. So that's the ticket down the drain.  I'm sorry, I just want to complain.  |

awwwwww *huggles* it sounds like stomach flu....but anyways warm water and jello might help, if you can green/jasmine tea might help :D I would recommend this thing but....its has chinese herbs so i don't know if you should do it and also i don't know the english name. I hope it helps O ^ O

whatever you do DO NOT eat anything with milk in it and stay in bed and relax cuz movin will (usually) make it worse and i recommend eating solid foods or chicken noodle soup.. sry not much help but try to feel better
ur best bet would still be to go to the doctor.. |

Ahh sorry, I went off and I threw up again, so that's why my stomach was funny.
Sorry, I was just.. not thinking, bit panicky haha. Looks like I can't eat anything.. I had this before, the doctor says to just not eat anything for a while and just drink water. Gonna have even more rest now.. ugh. |
