The performance wasn't bad or incredible. It was alright, it's a pretty hard song to sing. She sounds pretty sick and out of breath. But hey, at least Hikki put effort into it. =D

I think she mentioned in one of her blogs that she had a cold and was sick at the time, and same thing for when she performed Fight the Blues, Celebrate, Boku wa Kuma and Flavor of Life.
But, it isn't one of her best, true. I thought it was alright. It IS a hard song to sing, and she was sick, so hats off to Utada. Still, when I compare her latest live performances to her earlier ones during the Deep River/Ultra Blue/UU06, they just seem less...I don't know...good? =/ |
