hmm, not neceserally I think. If doing the polls, we could have one person that those who want to be in the competition send their photos to, in a PM or something. Then we have a deadline. so let's say that the deadline is on monday, then ppl who send their work after monday wont be in the competition - something like that

Having the best drawers as judges has people with experience who knows how to draw so they can make good verdicts, however, with all the good drawers as judges, who is going to bring up the competition among contestants?
