I don't think they'd be that much stronger than us. They may be able to apply more force, but as far as raw explosive power goes, I just don't see it. I mean, think about the most powerful movement a lobster makes: It's pincers? Maybe. Curling it's tail, more likely. So what? The pincers wouldn't even be a problem unless we were underwater, too slow.
