Guys, I'm back .. actually it doesn't seem to be that serious but I need to go rest and check ups as well .. I'm fine now, I just had an amoebiasis and some internal bleeding, but as I said it wasn't that serious .. I took some medicines and followed as what the doctor said, now I'm fine .. I can go back to work again .. lol. thank you guys :D
