I wasn't fond of 'Eat You Up' when the previews came out, I still don't like the song. Though I'll admit, it's quite catchy. Besides the sexual innuendo, BoA doesn't seem she's really singing. It sounds like she is shouting in the verses. Maybe it's due to the overkill of vocoder effects. In regards to her PVs, I prefer the Asia release of the video. Though, i'm still not a fan of the 'Eat You Up' overall.
I enjoy BoA, though i'm not much of an avid listener. Referring her as the 'Best of Asia' is a bit of an overstatement. BoA - Eat you Up [American PV] Eat You Up [Asia PV] |

I was gonna post this.
Anywho, the US version directed by Diane Martel got scrapped (praise Jesus. That crap sucked majorly). There were too many negative comments on Youtube. The Korean version will now also be what's gonna be released in the U.S. However, they're still gonna tack on that Intro part with all the news & video clips. I still love this song. I haven't heard any of BoA's newer stuff, so I don't know how she's been doing lately. But, I think this totally rocks. And her dancing is amazing. She may be as good as Ciara, I think.... |

I'm not too huge on this song. I can play her song Duvet on guitar, though.
Her English is excellent, I hope she puts out some better stuff. |
