ummm... the best thing.. I'm going to go with today. I started a new job. Selling DrectTV Satellite service. The plus side is, It's a full-time job. The downside is, there's no base pay. Only commission. And while I did well enough for my first day in actually attempting a sale (bringing a few couples to the table and getting them very interested), I didn't make a sale. The first couple I spoke with, though, the husband was like "This may be your first day in a sales position, but you've got It. What it takes to be an awesome sales person. You've got the personality, the professionalism, and you're very personable. I did sales for 50 years, and I know a sales person when I see one. You keep up the good work." - Which made me feel better about standing around not making money.
My boss was really proud of me too! The guy that helped train me yesterday and today was like "dude... the other girl's been here longer than you and hasn't even done what you did" (and he's kinda weird) |

Ummmm I talked to this guy Will for like hours last night. and he's all "omg girl you're so hot. i can't even believe it. I'm sweatin' you bad!" So, do I think he's bsing? Of course! I'm not a dummy. It's still nice though lol

...... I'm officially homeless. As of about 6 p.m. No lie, no joke. I just lost the roof over my daughter's head. We have nowhere to go. Literally.
