I heard it too! The first time i heard the sample was on tv for a shampoo commercial. It was like an herbal essence commercial or somethin and i heard and i was like WTH?

i think it really is
and as more proof
in the opening you can see the album cover for ULTRA BLUE on one of the billboards
i saw this on tv while my little cousins were watching it and i was like OMG!!! Is that Utada?

i took a screenshot from the provided youtube link
its really not clear but you can see it in the top right corner.
watch it for yourself :D

omg!!! its funny, i bought this movie for my nephew and it has Utada Hikaru in it, and i thought i was high when the wings part came on....guess not!!

alot of the producers for the animated Scooby-Doo movies are japanese

but other than that
