It really seems to me the Scooby-Doo likes Hikki too

yea its Eclipse too . All I can think is..... unless she used a sample of the vocals and they come on a program. I think I heard similar sound effects on the World Ends With You soundtrack. Although those exact samplings seem very deliberate expecially with the cover being up on the bulletin board. I wonder if Hikaru actually knows about this. She hasnt been credited at all in the credits.

How about this guys? Does it sound like FYI in the background at 7:35? It's on a korean tv show called Intimate Note, not quite sure if other eps have it or not.. Or is FYI sampled off something else?

No, that's just the melody for "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" by Ryuichi Sakamoto, which Hikki sampled in her song "FYI". :3
