Planning/Event Coverage - Utada @ FYE Seattle [May 15, 2009]

Since the original thread announcing the Utada Appearances for May 12-16th was posted, it's become quite active and people have begun planning for the specific dates. However, planning five separate events in one thread is not smart.

So for this topic, please talk about your plans, meeting up, line-up procedures, banners, gifts, coordination, etc. Also, this topic is for coverage of the event during and after the fact; for you to share your experiences.

So here are some We 'Kuma' Hikki signs that people can print out and use.

[Letter sized PDF] [6 page tiled PDF]

[Letter sized PDF] [6 page tiled PDF]
For the 6 page PDF, you are supposed to print out the 6 pages, then tape them together to make one big sign. Taping it onto a poster board would make it easier.
