My Dad speaks Japanese fluently, and he makes sure everybody know it!

My Mother Japanese sound soft, sensual, almost a whisper!

My Father on the other hand sounds like a serious case of bronchitis, and wind, mixed with self righteousness!!

My brother Ricky and I are pretty shameful, both Japanese language wooden tops.
Not a word, not a sentence, not a line, not a clue.

Ironic really all the Family say the same ?this could only happen in England? lol.

I am not a good daughter where cultural matters are concerned and my family in Japan are so tolerant, I am just going to have to try harder.

Oh buy the way a Bruce Springsteen fan and his ?chick? on there way to Glastonbury 2009

What is Japanese? what is being Japanese mean?, Who feels Japanese ? and I talking not shouting, you understand.

I was born, brought up, and schooled here in the Uk, I feel English, I support English football teams, including the national team, I also would like to take some of the values from my family here in England , but sometime I yearn to take more from my Japanese family (and I mean culturally), I think about it all the time, now I am 18, I can change my status, and after study who knows, but my feeling is why rush ?
