i may be the most random user here because of this, but i've been wanting to share this "information" to you guys...
can't find any related discussions of this topic so here it goes..

Keiko Fuji's song YUME WA YORU HIRAKU had a Philippine version that was a big oldies hit...
idk who went first soo yah... HiKKi's mom was very famous

I never thought that "Alaala ay ikaw" has its Japanese version, and not to mention it's from Hikki's mom. I even don't have an idea who went first. Anyway, here's another Japanese song which also has its Philippine version. Just to share:
