I think she can hit the notes you'd get in 1st alto and 2nd soprano sections...

okay, i listened to it (for the first time omg!). really awesome song!

the high note she hit sounds, to me, to be the same high she hit in Wait & See.

The voice type of a singer is not only determined by range alone; the timbre, weight and transition points all matter. To me, Hikki always sounded like a Mezzo-Soprano, although her range does reach that of a Soprano's and Contralto's. It's a little subjective though; her tone and timbre might sound Soprano to you but Mezzo-Soprano to me.
