Utada has partnered with Myxer.com for Ringtone promotion. For all Cellular Companies. The Ringtones are Compatible with most carriers including AT&T, Cellular One, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile and TMobile. Including the international territories.

Just so you know, Virgin Mobile DOESN'T allow for these kinds of ringtone downloads...

I made my MCML ringtone myself back in March :/ but I guess it depends on the phone and service provider really.
