All my prayers for the victims of typhoon Ketsana at least 246 people dead , and the terrible flooding that has damaged so many homes and properties leaving over 200,000 families destitute and helpless, as a global community the UN must respond with essential food, shelter relief, and aide for emergency medical facilities and make this available quickly!!

With this, we highly encourage donations in cash or in kind of which includes clothes, canned goods or even just voluntary service.

Calling on all viewers, Let's help!!!
You guys can donate money, food, clothing, time, etc.

News update:

250+ confirmed dead
80+ missing

Source: TV Patrol

----
People found buried in mud and several people were found dead hanging on trees in Marikina City. Pasig City National Park declares that their crocodiles were gone and found in the city.

---
We were also a victim, our house was soaked in flood. The flood inside our house reached up to the waist, while outside our house is up to the chest. We were sleeping in a floating soaked bed, with my ill grandmother on top. We placed our bed in the dining table and got all our belongings wrecked. Luckily, we were able to save some belongings and put it in a very high place, I cried hard and prayed during the last night of the tropical storm ketsena. I really cried because I really worried a lot, we have no place to go and we don't have anymore 2nd floor to go to, that day we had nothing to eat, when I went out of our house I was searching for open stores but I didn't saw any, what I saw was people in the street walking an endless river-road. When I saw that scene, it was like end of the world at my site. I was terribly frightened. I was chilling that moment, I was soaked wet for 24 hours. All I could do that time is pray. So please people, save my countrymen through your donations and prayers. I'm begging for them.

There is also an earthquake at Indonesia right? It's very near a town from what I've read. There will be many casualties and victims, people who will be homeless. Hope they will be fine soon. I hope countries will still offer their assistance despite this economic downturn...
