To bring everyone up to date, and while waiting on confirmation from the Premier Inn group on their Kings Cross hotel location, I have also approached the Citadines Hotel Group, Travel Lodge London Farringdon, and Comfort Inn Kings Cross...

Citadines Barbican ...

Travel Lodge London Farringdon

Comfort Inn Kings Cross

I think a choice would be advantageous as to generate a little competition and get the best deal possible remember February is a lean period for London so we should be able to negotiate a good deal and our desired locations...

I would like to have a firm Hotel deal and Utadanet customer reference no later than Wednesday 16th December, and all formal written correspondence to each Hotel Group has stated this deadline...

Gentle reminder, unless any more suggestions are tabled before Friday 11th December (this coming Friday) I will go ahead and book ?Lucky Karaoke Islington? for the show party..

I feel really sorry for the people who got their tickets cancelled. :(

For the people who are wondering about getting the actual tickets I think ticketmasket are sending out the tickets.

I came back today and i got a royal mail thing saying that i missed a letter.

then i checked my email and it was from ticketmaster saying that my tickets have been dispatched!

So tomorrow i have to go off to the post office and it should be the tickets!

I hope I'll get my tickets soon... It's been several weeks since I placed my order. I know, Central Europe is pretty far from London, that's probably why they are so slow :)))

Has any members actually received there tickets ?

I have been calling Ticket master regularly and have yet to receive any clear confirmation that tickets have yet begun distribution.

Kittyangelstar any luck ??

jtc42 I am sorry, how did this occur ? Email ? Phone call ? How did you book ? On the web ?

This is bonkers, really this needs challenging, a recall ?...from livenation ? Ticketmaster/web ? Or ticket agency ? ..was there any reason given ?

How difficult can it be to send out 600 or so tickets?

Perhaps Livenation should consult Robin Hood and his Merry Men they do a pretty fine job with bows and arrows.

This thing with recalling tickets is unbelivable. It's been over a month and they still haven't cleared how many tickets they sold and how many they got? It's a small place, there shouldn't be such problems. And I personally can't belive in "errors in processing", with some much shows selling each day. Someone must have taken some tickets to sell on ebay or something:/

Now I'm worried.... I bought tickets through Livenation presale and the only option I had was box office collection. It would really help if they could send them to me, at least I'd be sure flying to London has sense. ;_;

All this situation is creepy, I agree. I can't believe they could do like that and sell more than expected.

I feel so fortunate to have bought mine from Livenation presale and got them delivered home this week, hope the ones that are waiting for their tickets will get them soon.

And for the ones affected about the recalling, hope they change venue or make another show to make it up , because no Utada fan should have been left out of this.

I emailed the peeps at Ticketweb a couple of days ago because my confirmation number wasn't working on their website, though i could access my confirmation via the email. They weren't terribly helpful, just said that it could be as little as 72hours before the show before tickets are sent out. Didn't answer my question at all, which was why isn't my confirmation number working? RAGE!!! Why does it seem that they are being very unorganised, and with all these recalls it gives the impression that they don't really know what's happening anymore. Also on Utada's official website there have been people posting with the same problems, but it does seem that some have received their tickets already...WHERE THE HELL IS MINE?!?!?
