Hey Miguel i was definitely looking out for you but i did not see a fedora. Also I forgot to wear my hat :(
I was pretty much in between the stage and the bar. Yes i did snag a few pics on my camera phone the quality probably isn't too great but we'll see i'll upload tommorow.

I loved the rock and roll feel to it. At one point she was thrashing her head around like an 80's metal band. I forgot which songs it was but the power chords during the chorus's was a nice touch.

The girl in front of me in line, it was her birthday - she was from Japan. I thought, what an awesome way to celebrate it. But she was all by herself, so many people there went solo I hope some friends were made.

Going to bed now, so tired...

It was great. I love the added drums to "Stay Gold" it really moved the song along :)

g'nite!

(oh and here are my pics. Not much but considering the circumtances... :D)

Wow! Her concert was unbelievable! I just got back home from the concert and I was right in the front row. She's really pretty upclose; my friend was so amazed how beautiful she looked. I drew a life like picture of her hugging Kuma Chang but chickened out in giving it to her when she neared each time so I ended up in giving it to her drummer and asked him to give it to her. He was really nice about it. Here's hoping she'll like it. So tired so I'll spill the concert details tomorrow. Night.

also, on a personal note - judging by her words she misses being a college student. I bet she wouldn't mind swapping places with someone from the audience for a day. I felt like I was watching her inside of a fishbowl. Unlike any other musical persona i've seen.

I completely know what you mean. She feels old from what I gather...the comment that she made of being 20 and wondering if life was worth living. It didn't strike too much as a joke, not to me anyway. Maybe i'm just being paranoid

oh utada...her performance was absolutely spectacular, loved how she talked to the crowd, also the other people were very cool. very content with the concert. Got there at 6:15 and was still about 3 yards away from her. But she needs to fire her management they suck. I got "escorted out" for taking some pics and when they brought me up front the guy who worked the venue clearly thought that taking my camera was just stupid and told me to go back in and not do it again. DJ Rizzo was a fish on dry land.. But I reiterate, Utada brought the house down! So sweet and down to earth and she looked absolutely gorgeous!

DUDE I was looking for ya! Did you manage to snag any pics? Yeah, there were two guys who thought the whole camera thing was absolute crap.
