All i know is a interesting movie about the world end.

Francisco and I watched it last night. It's good. Very stressful, if you ask me.

I saw it...it was...okay...very cliche'

But yes, I don't wanna watch "2012", because it looks like another version of "The Day After Tomorrow" except the end of the world.
I also heard it has a whole "family happily ever after" kinda vibe to it, and it forces this idea of family unity. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but it just seems a bit too... meh.

Also it's too similar to "The Day After Tomorrow" - global warming, in a library have to survive.
"2012" - end of the world, in a helicopter / giant ship (ode to Noah's Ark, anyone?) have to survive.
Not my kinda thing...

Anyway 2012 is nearing...hmmmm what should i do before it comes...

It IS very "Day After Tomorrow"... Just on a more catastrophic level.

I had a flashback of every disaster movie made while I was watching it ... Armageddon, the other asteroid movie with Elijah Wood and Leelee Sobieski (that I liked better than Armageddon, actually), DAT, and whatever else...

Well without giving the movie away I was trying to say that.

It's cliche' in every sense of the word. The movie just doesn't stick out on it's own. To the average movie goer this movie would probably be good. I personally found it "okay" at best. Not even trying to be a critic, either. It just wasn't something new to me. It wasn't even trying to take an old recipe and put a twist on it. It was a re-hash. Independence Day(A few aspects of it) and a few other disaster movies.

That family thing is beyond cliche', sadly. There was ONE thing I was happy wasn't the same. I won't ruin that for you.

The part that made me laugh was the old ladies running into that big slab of earth. Whether it was meant to be comdeic or not...I don't care. It WAS comedic.

i have seen the movie last saturday...And it was great film like The Day after tomorrow movie...the sound effect,actors, screenplay and the story are very nice and incredible..^^great film

I just came home from watching it. That movie was amazing! I loved every minute of it, even if it's got me worrying now lol
