The perfume one is really lol-astic. Seriously, I bet only super hardcore FF fans will get it. It's quite pricey and uhh.. a video game perfume? Funny and if I'm not wrong, it's not the first time they're releasing perfumes right? They're really trying to squeeze every dime out of us by coming out with such funny (yet enticing) merchandises! I like the soda drink. If I stayed in Japan, I would definitely get the one with Lightning's face.

Lightning eau de toilet loool

It seems that so far, most fans are not really in favor of this song. Wrong step, SquareEnix! I wonder what has gotten into their heads recently. Using such a song for a long awaited game. I was expecting something better musically and lyrically to accompany the game. There goes the hopes for most FF fans who play the game in English.

Anyone here besides me think that SquareEnix is trying to squeeze a lot of money out of FF fans? I'm referring to the whole FFXIII project. It's being released for so many platforms and they're not the same version. I bet the sales for each console will go up when the game is released.

I really dislike this song. The lyrics are terrible, and Leona's voice doesn't make it any better. I'm okay with them using an outside song if it suits (look at Koda Kumi's "Real Emotion"). But lyrically, they could have done so much better.

NGBear is right. All Playstation 3-s are region-free and this awesome Lightning edition is not an exception. Good thing! By the way I just got to know that Leona Lewis will be doing the theme song for the english version of FFXIII. Was a tad shocked. I've listened to the song on youtube. It's a good song but I'm NOT YET convinced that the song per se will fit well into the selected scenes. Besides, it feels weird having a western diva doing the song for a japanese rpg. Your thoughts?
