I maintain it's "ikuzou", when i listen to the mp3 version it's clear as day. Why would she say "ano"? She knows her songs, and "ano" implies hesitance when the Japanese speak, sort of like the English saying "ummmm", you know? And to say "Are you ready?" makes much more sense before belting out that massive first note. Apart from it clearly sounding like "ikuzou" it makes perfect sense. She's an absolute legend!!! Love her to bits!

Yeah, UU06 Wait and See, it's the same song. I don't know, i don't hear any "n" in her utterance, but i do hear a "z" and an "ou" quite clearly, following a muffled hard velar plosive consonant, which is easy to assume corresponds to "k" rather than "g", which is the only other internationally recognised phonetic option. That's how i hear it in phonetic terms, which is how i've come to the resulting "ikuzou". Just thought i'd show how i came about it, could still be wrong though, but it's definately 3 syllables, not 2, so simply "ano" seems a little unlikely, not impossible, but unlikely.

Sounded fine to me.
She's no Ayumi Hamasaki, she doesn't forget the words to her own songs on stage. Hikki is the consummate professional |
