I just came back from watching Doom.

All in all, if you go in expecting just a simple popcorn flick and not some, revolutionary or epic plot/struggle, you shouldn't be very disappointed.

Cheesy yet quotable lines galore, and the action keeps up a nice pace with enough breaks here and there to keep up a theme of suspense.

For those of you that were wondering, the whole first person view bit is only there for about 5 minutes at the end, so no; the whole movie is NOT through the FPS view which should be a relief to those that findsuch games slightly dizzying/nauseating.

But yeah, entertaining :D

Heh, I came back from the movies myself. But I didn't go see Doom, we almost did but I really didn't want to see it. I'm not an Xbox person, but I've sorta played the game. And there's some creepy stuff. But from the commericals, Doom doesn't look all that great. But I might go see it. Maybe.
