Nerver heard that one, but I love her abilities. She can rhyme pretty nasty. I'd say listen to her with Namie Amuro. That's a better display of her abilities. She was also pretty sick on ZEEBRA's "Golden Mic" remix. There's also the song off her 2004 CD, "Watch Out!!"

A lot of people that heard it wonders why she doesn't do it more.

I've Tried BoA Before - She's Okay, But A Little Too Squeaky. (In Japanese)
Bonnie Pink Is Good (I've Only Heard Older Stuff Like "Heavens Kitchin".
YUKI reminds me of misono-chan voice wise.

You know what.You are right,I forgot she was on that Suite Chic single.That was pretty good.She was also pretty good on that Lisa,Heartsdale and Koda Kumi collab from '05,SWITCH.

I find most J-pop grating to listen to. Why is it that you have to look to Enka to find the technically good singers? I don't get it. However, occasionally, there are some J-pop singers who really knock it out of the park. My faves are:

Angela Aki
Ayaka　絢香
Ikimonogakari いきものがかり
MISIA
Dreams Come True
Spitz スピッツ
Kobukuro コブクロ
Superfly
Onitsuka Chihiro 　鬼束ちひろ　(wish she had better songs, she can wail)

The following aren't the best singers, but they write good music, most of the time.

Kimura Kaela 木村カエラ
Hirai Ken 平井堅 (I think of him as the male version of Utada)
Chara
Hamasaki Ayumi 浜崎あゆみ　(her earlier stuff & remixes are more interesting)
Every Little Thing (their 1st two albums only - the current stuff is horrible)

Yeah a lot of people say Hirai Ken's voice & style is the male version of Hikki. I personally don't think so though. He has covered some of her songs.
