this makes me so freaking happy
 I'm gonna go to bed and then wake up at around 1:30 to watch the concert. I really need to make sure I get up  Also does anyone kno if Ustream lags alot? I kinda hope it won't lag, seeing as Japan is pretty far away.. |

ustream is international and they have servers all over the world (like youtube)
you can go and try some of their other streams to test out the experience ... be sure to look for 700kbps streams, which will be the same as the hq concert stream |

2 hours sounds short.
As stated earlier, there are two levels of streams. one is at 700kbps, the other at 300kbps (optimized for iphone/mobile devices) |

Quality should be decent/good. I watched Nintendo's E3 conference on UStream a couple of months ago and although it took them a while to get it up and running, once it was up there wasn't any lag and the video/audio quality was decent.
