Where I live, Tokyo 23 Wards isn't included in the scheduled power outage (except Arakara Ward). I'll do what I can and will voluntary turn off the power tomorrow from 11am to 2pm. (I'm going to pull out every electrical outlet in the house other than the refrigerator)

It seems now that Meguro Ward, Oota Ward, Setagaya Ward, Senzoku Ward, Nerima Ward and many other of the 23 Wards will have power outages! People who like in Tokyo must double check.

I just heard on the news that in the Tokyo 23 Wards, it hasn't been decided there will be a scheduled power outage in areas other than Arakawa Ward. But it is in a stage that it might occur from tomorrow.

If the person isnt religious of course they are going to say it. Im an atheist and I have the same feelings as that person.

Glad Hikki is safe.
Im optimistic that Japan will return to its former state soon enough. Just as long as they keep the nuclear reactor situation under control, relief and reconstruction effort can be more focused.

I donated blood for the first time earlier. Since I'm in a healthy condition, I gave whole blood, 400cc. http://twitpic.com/49mmr5

I re-uploaded the photo. Theres a storage limit to blood. Rather than everyone giving blood at once, its better to donate blood at different times http://twitpic.com/49mpu2

What are you on about? Ofc its safe in Tokyo, well maybe less than before, but the plants are slowly returning to normal.(I've got sky news on since it happened ) Her life is there she cant just up and go everytime a earthquake strikes. Japan is slowly recovering, doing the best they can. Even Utada is helping by giving blood. The worst effected areas are around Sendai. She cant just abandon her country.
