normally you can donate 350 cc of blood, if you are healthy enough doctor can suggest you to donate up to 450 cc of blood

Ofc its safe in Tokyo, well maybe less than before, but the plants are slowly returning to normal.(I've got sky news on since it happened ) Her life is there she cant just up and go everytime a earthquake strikes. Japan is slowly recovering, doing the best they can. Even Utada is helping by giving blood. The worst effected areas are around Sendai. She cant just abandon her country. |
