what do you want to know?
 played pokemon before? it's roughly the same concept. exp determines your posting. and when it reaches the max, you level up! HP and MP will increase when you level up. HP determines how active you are on your posting. MP... well, if you posted quite a lot today, the numbers will decrease. that's about it, if i'm not wrong. any more questions? |

While I think this system does promote activity, it can promotes things like spamming and forum elitism as well.
