I say yes. I believe that age has nothing to do with actuall maturity. I have learned that in this world people mature at different rates due to thier experiences in life. Some people have it harder than others, and those people are more likely to mature faster, or so I have found.

I know we did talk about being mature and stuff. But not how people are raised.

LOL. Yeah, I also think that culture has a part in it as well. I have seen a few japanese manga that have a student dating a thier teacher. Plus, there are increasing reports in America of boys dating their teachers in sexual relationships. I personally would never do that, but that's mostly because I hate almost all of my teachers along with school. LOL.

Nope, I'm just stating all of the facts. Sorry if it sounds wierd, but I'm currently taking psychology, and they have got us constantly trying to figure out why people do stuff. Frankly, I'm more of a humanist. I say that a person controls his/her actions and that whatever they want to do is okay so long as it doesn't hurt others. I apologize if you became offended by anything that I have said.
