Okay everyone. I hate to do this to you all, but I'm doing a school report poll. I want to know your input about this topic. Here it comes:

What if scientists could prove that all animals think and are able to problem solve? Should we stop eating meat? Should we stop using animal products in things like clothing and cosmetics? What do you think?

Well I'm pretty sure, that we know animals can think. I'm pretty sure that scientist have proven that some animals can solve problems like dolphins. But if animals could talk, I think people wouldn't eat something that would talk to them. I wouldn't, but they don't so people still eat them. It would be hard to stop eating meat.

I'm speaking for myself here. I tried not eating meat before, WAY hard! But I don't think that we would stop animals just cause they could sovle a math problem. Maybe, I don't know. I probably wouldn't eat that animal that was smarter than all the rest. But if all animals were able to talk, I think I would give up meat. Cause I would want to talk to the animals and learn from them. I hope I helped some. x3

That's true, animals think. But then again, isn't it a matter of the survival of the strongest? As long as i can remember, mankind has eaten meat, and has never asked a cow "excuse me, can i eat you?".
All living beings have feelings, but that hasn't stopped me from eating meat, sorry for the vegies out there ^^
I do think that not a single animal has to be used for testing cosmetics. That's just insane. There are other ways of testing cosmetics, there are cosmetic products that are not tested on animals, so why don't they all do so?
