Hahaha actually the cancer thingy was part of a misunderstanding. Hikki had a tumor in her ovary, but NOT CANCEROUS... Just words was spread that it was cancer.....

And in this case he's just worried Hikki might get it from ayu hahaha...

It's all just speculation. Alot of people I think will easily believe it because Ayu frequents gay clubs and the gay community is pinpointed as having a high rate of AIDS/HIV infection. But alot of people who aren't gay go to gay clubs. Thinking that Hikki will contract AIDS from Ayu (who I don't believe has it)is ridiculous. Because either they have to be involved with each other sexually, using needles together or transfusing blood. All 3 possibilities are out of this world.
