last year, thanks to keep tryin i saw on mtv mandarin

saw the name and didn't make much effort to think about it

and then

i played KH and heard the songs

researched it

utada hikaru.......... utada hikaru......... hmmmmmm, familiar?

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

and so it begins

Wha...don't you guys like Laguna Beach?

But seriously, that is win. If they played Hikki's music videos on MTV here, I might watch occasionally.
