Yeah, I know chances are slim, but that makes it so awesome when you get a lucky reply from her. I just sent one in English through the Japanese fanmails, hopefully the chances are better now.

JJ, how's your nutrition? A lot of guys our age are low on some key nutrients that effect your brain chemistry. Try taking a magnesium, calcium, and zinc supplement before bed, as well as a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Then make sure you get at least 8.5 hours of sleep. I'll betcha' like five bucks if you do that for a week you'll feel awesome. |

Erm...might want to make sure you eat something before taking a mineral? Otherwise you'll find any contents of your stomach upon the floor in a few minutes. >.> Ugh, I hate zinc.
