I'm looking for this particular song I heard on MTV China.

She's Chinese of course. There's not much criteria I can give you: in the music video she's walking in a park towards the camera and wearing an alpaca chullo hat with ear flaps and strings on both sides, I think and one lyric I remember sounds like "uh so wei, uh so wei"
