Musical Stylings and Hikki

Hikki's experimented with new sounds and types of music a lot over the years. For the most part, she's never deviated so much to any one genre that a fan of, say, her R&B inspired songs would lose interest in her newer albums. I'd like to hear what type of song you like to hear most from Hikki.

I'm no genre genius, so if I don't have a snazzy word to describe a type of song, I'll make something up and give examples.

imo judging Hikki's music based on genres is problematic.

I voted Pop based on the songs you listed there, but not necessarily because it was Pop.

I don't think Hikki has made enough songs nor has had a long enough career to start fitting her songs into concrete genres

It is hard to choose between the different types. I also voted pop based on your examples but she is equally good at other styles.

She is great at singing ballads,her voice is fantastic in Final Distance and others of that kind. I would also like to hear her sing more funky songs like In My Room or Another Chance.

It's difficult to classify many of the songs, something like Hikari must surely stand alone in it's own genre of perfection!

You're right, it could probably do to be broken down more. I think this covers most of her work in a very limited way, at least.

I chose pop. Obviously. XD

I enjoyed those songs, the thing with them for me is that they're so hit and miss. I don't think anyone wants to see another tippy-toes, am I right? Maybe not.

I agree its to hard to classify and just an all around goodness :D
