I was singing Boku wa Kuma in my head while talking on msn and then I randomly wrote the lyrics in English but tried to make it set the right beat. It went like this :

"I am a bear, a bear, a bear, a bear--I am not a car you know! I'm a bear, a bear, a bear~"

You know there are lots of translations of Japanese songs, but mostly the lyrics don't go with the beat or rhyme. I challenge you to continue the translating while paying attention to the beat. If you don't know Japanese you can use this site for the translation, but you have to make sure to change it to fit the beat. For instance, the translation "I am a bear, bear, bear." on that site doesn't fit the beat. I added 'a' to it. Same with 'I am not a car' I added 'you know' for the 'ja nai yo' beat.

I have new kids now cuz I have a placement at another Kindergarten. Its too bad I wasn't with my original group. They loved hearing about my Japanese experience and would have loved this song. The whole shrimp enemy and chocolate in another life would have made them laugh.
