News about her on her official Blog.
Utada?s official Japanese website has been updated with news that she will be appearing in a prerecorded video on the upcoming 15th anniversary special of Japanese music program COUNT DOWN TV. The show airs on September 24th 6:55PM Japan time.

I also wanna watch the telecast... but I don't think here in my country has such channel...

I am with you swallowtail, I really want someone to upload it! that would be super! I have comcast cable so I can't get any Japanese channels, TRUST ME I checked into it a while ago!

Does anyone know what TV program in the US would have it, if any?

I doubt DirecTV would have it, but I hope someone uploads it! Just like you said.
