I heard about alan ever since her debut, and she definitely has the vocals. Those mountain notes are incredible. o_o Have you heard the orchestrated version of 'Ashita e no Sanka'? It's otherworldly, absolutely amazing. Anyways, alan is an singer of Chinese/Tibetan descent who debuted in 2007 in Japan. So far, she has released six physical singles and one digital single.

Ashita e no Sanka (明日への讃歌; A Hymn for Tomorrow)
Hitotsu (ひとつ; One)

Then there is the 'five elements' project. Alan releases a single, every month, with a song representing one of the five Japanese elements.

Natsukashii Mirai ~longing future~ (懐かしい未来; Longing Future) [Earth]
Sora Uta (空唄; Sky Song) [Sky]
Kaze no Tegami (風の手紙; Letter of the Wind) [Wind]
RED CLIFF ~Shin Sen~ (心・戦; Heart, War) [Fire]

And 'Megumi no Ame' (Blessed Rain) will be released in November, it'll represent the element 'Water'. There is no previews yet, besides the track listing and covers. And recently, there was an announcement of alan releasing another single. 'Gunjou no Tani' (Ultramarine Valley) will be released in December.

Outside of her singles, she hasn't released an album yet. But she has released a small Chinese single which she re-sung some of her Japanese songs in Mandarin. [Hitotsu, Sakura Modern, and Tokyo Mimei.]

At first, alan was actually rather hard to get into. I enjoyed 'Ashita e no Sanka', but not really the general single. After hearing the Mandarin version of 'Hitotsu', I really began to enjoy alan's music. I'm not too fond of Sora Uta, a bit too...pop? And I haven't really gotten into Kaze no Tegami. But those trying into alan, try out her latest single. The A-side is amazing and the orchestrated version of 'Ashita e no Sanka' is equally incredible.

Ashita e no Sanka [orchestrated version]

She's another Tibetan singer in China.

She's famous as a veteran singer I think. I know she was really famous when she was younger but I think she's still pretty famous in Beijing.

She's gorgeous. She's 37, has short hair, short and petite, and has a nice round figure. :3
Han Hong

If you just listen to her voice you would've never guessed she was 37.
