Not sure but I think they are talking about the $420,000 seized from Hikki's mom back in 2006 at the NYC airport and I believe it says that a Federal Court has decided that they are going to return the money to Keiko Fuji because they have no evidence to believe it was used to purchase drugs or what not.
I think that's what it says. |
