I need some help.

In a class in school, "international relations", we're talking about conlicts and are going to write about one. I chose Thailand, but I honestly can't get a hang of what's going on there or what's been happening or w/e.

All I know is that it's a lot of demonstrations against.. what? The government?

Do you know anything? Thought I might as well ask you guys because there's a lot of ppl from Asia here and maybe you get more information about it than I do here in Sweden.

The last time I saw something about it in the news protestors had effectively stopped flights coming in and out of an airport. I think they were demonstrating against corruption in the government.
