I got another e-mail from Mick Lee from Z100 stations in Portland. You can get an autographed Utada picture (must be 18 or over). Shipping only in the USA.

Unless that person lives in the USA, he/she is not going to get it. No international shipping.

Anyways, $500 for an autograph? I personally think that is just ridiculous.
