maybe i'm just easily confused but are the bonus only exclusive for when Utada goes to those FYE stores? or is that the final tracklisting that is on every album?

It's going to be on every CD, just not the Japanese version I don't think. Like every other CD thats had a bonus track(s), it's going to be on all of them. Though I think there was a limited edition version of Deep River that had COLORS on it...
