I'd tell her,"I'm your #1 fan in Ohio" and "you just made my day"

EDIT: And also the one who introduced me to everything I know today. Because of Utada, I have found a love for Japanese, Korean, and Chinese culture.

I guess that I'm her no. 1 fan living in Texas? (someone said something like that to her in Phoenix during her debut in the US).

I'd be a little more creative than that. I'd tell her how she is one of my main inspirations to Japanese things.
