Ohh, I like this thread. I'm probably going to be in the minority with this, but one of my absolute favorite performances Utada has ever put on live is her UU06 rendition of "Be My Last." To this day it's among the most powerful, moving things I have ever seen...the force of her strained, heartfelt vocals against the backdrop of that lone cello is more than I can really take.

Anyhow, my list in order of preference would probably be something like this:

1. Simple and Clean, Acoustic (UH Live Streaming 20 Dai wa Ikeike!)
2. Be My Last (Utada United 2006)
3. Passion/Sanctuary (In the Flesh 2010, LA)
4. Celebrate (Live Music Lovers)
