It?s pretty obvious that such k-pop artists that already created strong fan bases in Japan would make it such as BoA, DBSK, Super Junior and Big Bang. However, the other results and winners are quite surprising, aren?t they? Who would have thought that newcomers would already break into Japanese music so soon. It just proves how much k-pop is becoming more popular all around the globe.

She was as active as any other American artist would be in America in 2009 (and in 2008 she was quite active for promotions of HEART STATION album & single and Prisoner of Love). Then at the end, she had a mega successful tour.

And as for there being many kpop artists on the lists, let's not forget that jpopasia is for jpop, kpop, and cpop.
