People, this is an alternative rock/metal epic! ; quite unlike the first 30 second preview we got of it. So I'm guessing this song will have a schizophrenic transformation between that style and an ethereal/electronic torch ballad somewhere in its later runnng time; but its definitely her first true rock number since DEEP RIVER's "A False/Unbelievable I Love You"!... Gah, this is too much excitement for one day (that I don't want to end) !

OK, my fanboy-ism is officially kicking in now! A rock song!!! Hikki made a rock song!! A rock song!! I never thought Show Me Love (Not a Dream) would be a rock song. The last rock song we've heard from her is The Bitter End cover at In The Flesh, and before that only Drama and Uso Mitai Na I Love You! An epic song like this deserves an equally epic PV! ^_^

So for this year she's gone on a U.S./U.K. tour (which will be digitally released by the end of the year), is releasing her second highly anticipated compilation album, 5 new songs, at least 2 new PVs, a commercial tie-in with 3 (so far) songs, and her first concert series in Japan since 2006 will also be the largest screening in Japan of it's kind. If that isn't 'going out with a bang', I don't know what is.

haha Utada should consider doing more rock songs. I love this one but I must say I was more excited for the first preview of this song.
