'sanctuary sounds kool but i dint like the lyrics...simple and clean is still better

i dont like the lyrics either. but, i must say Sanctuary would win over simple & clean. is there a clip for this??

I think the problem with her lyrics is that they are too general, and are more like a string of words to a melody more than a story with meaning and continuity like Simple and Clean's lyrics. Of course I would choose S&C over sanctuary, because I think Simple and Clean is a classic and you can't beat something like that easily!

Yeah I didn't like Sanctuary too much, but it's an okay song. It's growing on me, but I prefer Simple and Clean though. You can watch the opening now, with Sanctuary as the theme song.

it's kinda weird, coz both passion n sanctuary is actually two same songs, only consist of different lyrics, in japanese n english..but i liked them both not for the lyrics but becoz of the beat n the reversed part of the song(still wondering how to make that part of the song)..

I love the song 'Sanctuary'. I just got KH2 and so I haven't heard 'Passion' yet, sadly. But, if its as good as Sanctuary then ill like it. then again i'm afraid that i'll over-play the song T_T

But when i read this part from somewhere, it seems to say that though simple and clean is similar to hikari, they both tell/mean different things, or different parts of the stories. Also for the Passion and Sanctuary, they have similar rhytm but the lyrics seem to mean differently towards the games. Though to me it makes sense in a way.

Well, Hikaru actually wrote Sancuary before she wrote Passion. I like Sanctuary BUT, i prefer Passion a little bit more. In Passion, Hiki sings with... passion! You can tell that she sings it with all she's got. But, in Sanctuary shes kind of dull, and there are so few lyrics that she needs to carry the words on (Example: In youuuuu and I, theres a new laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand).
My conclusion is, Sanctuary is Awsome, but Passion rules!
