If I ever decide to write to her, I bet it would be nothing out of ordinary. I'd thank her for her music, eplain why I love so much her lyrics and how they motivated me. I'd ask what is she doing during her hiatus, i.e. where does she travel and so on, and say that we, fans still remember about her and won't forget no matter how much hiatus would long, we will support her whatever she will decide. And I'd request for tweeting more often, if it's possible, of course. But I don't feel like writing it now, anyway. I'm pretty lazy recently

but back to the topic.

I used to try sending fan mail on Hikki's site, but, I could never get it to send so I quit </3

You have to use a Japanese area code or it will not work.
I've been telling people this for years and nobody wants to listen.

You know rather than seeming like a complete jerk by saying stuff amongst the lines of "I've been telling people this for years and nobody wants to listen." You should take into consideration who you're talking to, how out of context your comment can seem to be, and lastly take into consideration how long ago it was that the event took place. So basically you should have taken the time to ask "how long ago did you try sending her mail?" or ask "Did you find out what you were doing wrong?"

So to allow you to know the full story, I found out I needed a JP area code all on my own, but I didn't care enough to do silly reaserch for the sake of sending "fan mail." Thus I quit trying.

Moral to the story, making assumptions isn't always a good thing, and can rub someone the wrong way.

Happy Utadaneting!! :P

Don't be such a little twat, I'm trying to help people and you're calling me a jerk?

And by the way you said in your first post:

"I used to try sending fan mail on Hikki's site, but, I could never get it to send so I quit </3"

But now you have changed your tune suddenly:

"So to allow you to know the full story, I found out I needed a JP area code all on my own"

Yeah right.
You didn't know until I told you and now you are upset at me because you feel like an idiot.

I don't have the faintest idea why you are looking for Utada's prefecture.

Are you gonna go stalk her?
If so make sure to take pictures and post them here.

You people act like this is the first time you've been on internet.

Open google, type "Japanese Zip Codes" and pick one at random.

here is the first result:
http://homepage1.nifty.com/tabotabo/pzips/jp_post_zip.htm

Now go tell Hikki that you love her.
